This pyramid shows that China's population is not expected to grow. It is starting to grow smaller around the bottom and will continue to shrink because the smaller amount of children will reach reproduction age and they we have the same amount of children and their children will also have the same amount and so on because China has reached its carrying capacity.
This pyramid shows that Japan's population is expected to shrink. After around 45-49 years old each age seems to be going down. So there are way less children than adults. Similar to China, Japan's children will reach reproductive age and have less children. This cycle will continue until Japan's population has gone down significantly.
This pyramid shows that Mongolia's population is expected to grow. Because of the triangular shape you can tell that they are having more and more children. Their children will continue to have more children until Mongolia reaches carrying capacity.
